I work in the partner team at LTN & Partners and focus on providing advice to counsel and partners who are looking for their next career move. With eight years’ experience in legal recruitment, I predominately work with US and top-UK law firms across a variety of practice areas and sectors.
My approach is detailed and research-heavy, ensuring I provide lawyers with all the information they need when considering a move.
The legal market has changed substantially since I started. Now, there is a great deal of emphasis on workplace culture and the provision of flexible working options. As the market continues in this direction, I am also very happy to speak with lawyers who are interested in finding out what options might be available to them. I have a particular interest in advising women working in the legal industry on their career ambitions and am working with my colleagues in LTN’s consultancy team to advise law firms on their D&I initiatives.
